30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we do not offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase, like Order #.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is in the same condition as received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1- Year Replacement Guarantee
If within 1 year your product breaks we offer one (1) replacement product of the same color and style. We need to receive the broken product along with your original Order #. Once the broken product is received and qualified for Replacement, we will send the new product ASAP.
To return or replace your product, email email@example.com and the correct return address will be provided to you then.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or replacing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for Replacement.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
